ABS AUSTRALIA ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF WARNETT AB & ASSOCIATESAlbury, NSW - ABS Australia has today announced the acquisition of Warnett AB and Associates, owned by Neil Warnett and John Maher and located at Byrnside, VIC, with a take-over date of Monday, August 01 2005. "The purchase of Warnett AB represents another critical step in the ABS Australia strategy of retail integration" stated Stephen Fried, General Manager of ABS Australia. "Neil and John have built an excellent business based on the fundamentals of providing quality products and service to their customers. We are pleased that they have chosen to join their business with ours in order to enhance their ability to meet the changing needs of their clients." The former owners and all staff will continue in their current roles at Warnett AB and the expectation is that under this new ownership structure the available products, systems and services will be enhanced to a more widespread customer base.
